Camille is the founder and CEO of ezTagile. She is a Business Agility Strategist and Instructor who focuses on the ecosystem of an organization’s agile journey to yield the best results.

With 20+ years as a Technologist and 12+ years as an Agilist, across a broad spectrum of industries and a diverse clientele, she has extensive knowledge and insights into solving complex organizational challenges. Her experience includes working with organizations like Fidelity Investments, Red Hat, Dell EMC, IQVIA, Allegis Group, Credit Suisse and City of New York, to name a few.

Camille hold certifications such as Certified Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC5®), Certified Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA®), Certified Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master (SSM®), Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional (CSP®), IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) and a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
She also holds an Associates in Applied Sciences Degree in Computer Programming, and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems.

In her spare time, she is an avid volunteer, giving back to her local community and speaking at local conferences, universities, professional user groups, and communities of practices.

She also participates in local charities and embeds the principles of giving back into the culture of ezTagile.

Jackie Owino
Head of Atlassian Services
Jackie has 20+ years of working in IT, primarily in Software Engineering and Release Management. She has extensive experience leading and coaching organizations in their adoption of Agile frameworks and supporting ALM collaboration tools.
Her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Atlassian’s suite of products enables her to effectively tailor savvy solutions to the needs of her clients.
Jackie is an Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator(ACP-100), Atlassian Certified Agile Development with JIRA Software (ACP-300) Certified Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA®), Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM®).
Jackie is extremely passionate about driving the advancement of DevOps practices across multiple industries and is active in user groups and forums in Research Triangle Park, NC. She is also an avid reader and enjoys traveling to new places with her family.

Bridgette is a skilled and dependable, change-agent who is continually focused on helping enterprises adopt systems thinking and a lean-agile mindset. She is experienced at working in a distributed model and identifying best practices for distributed global agile teams. She is also a collaborative communicator who is skilled in building and strengthening relationships across cross-functional teams to drive cohesive, strategic operations.
She holds certifications such as Certified Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC5®), Certified Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA®), Certified Scaled SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE®), Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), and a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). She also holds a Masters of Science Degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Bridgette is also a grill master who owns 3 grills and a smoker. She hopes to one day get on the BBQ Competition Circuit. She is also a Carolina Panther Fanatic.

Paul Barrett holds multiple Agile Certifications (CSM, CSPO, CSP, SA, SSM, SPC4.5, S@SP) and has worked as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Product Owner, Agile Coach, Agile Trainer, and Agile Practice Lead during his more than 20 years in the software industry.
He has created and delivered training classes in both real-time and virtual environments all over the world. He has taught over 4000 people on topics including Agile Essentials, User Story Writing, Product Owner Training, Agile Team Training, Kanban, Scrum Master Training, and Agile for Executives.
In his career, he has delivered training and coaching to companies like Wells Fargo, Cisco, RedHat, Prudential, American Express, Morgan Stanley, LexisNexis, NC Department of Health and Human Services, Bank of America. He has done so in both Virtual and Classroom settings. He is an expert in the Agile Framework, Scrum, SAFe, Lean, Kanban, team building, improved communication tactics, retrospectives, technical practices, and transparency.
He is adept at coaching and training testers, developers, business analysts, product owners, people managers, executives, and project managers to speed their adoption of Agile.
